MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Degree / Diploma
• Min of 5 previous years’ experience in sugar cane
• Experience in growing sugar cane on an 18–24-month cycle
• Proven management track record
• Computer literate
• Labour management experience
• Mechanically orientated advantageous
