MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree
• Minimum of 5 years dairy herd management
• Experience with TMR and Pasture Farming
• Proven experience with fodder flow planning and execution
• Proven ability to AI essential
• Computer literacy essential
• Great stockman
• Strong leadership skills
