Kwekwe Area – Zimbabwe: Our client seeks to employ an experienced Senior Dairy Manager.
Due to the remote location this position would be suited to a single person or a mature couple with no kids.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural diploma/degree
- Previous dairy management experience essential – min of 8 years
- Must have strong pasture management experience with a strong feeding and nutritional background
- Computer literate
- Great stockmanship
- Must be able to manage farm budgets and costs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintenance orientated
- Strong record of management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Manage the entire farm
- Herd health
- Parlor management
- Pasture management
- HR, financials & annual budgets
