SENIOR DAIRY FARM MANAGER – FM1901

Westrand Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Senior Dairy Farm Manager with ownership mentality to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
At least 5 years’ experience on a dairy farm
Dairy Management experience essential
Previous Pasture Management essential
Ability to motivate and work with a team
Strong record of management skills
Computer Literate
Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to speak Sesotho
Maintenance orientated
Valid driver’s license
