EXPORT PROCUREMENT MANAGER – FM1866

Isparta Area – Turkey: Our client is looking for an Export Procurement Manager to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fresh produce exports logistics in a management role
A tertiary degree/ diploma in Agriculture
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Proven working relationship with growers, packhouses and service providers
Above average computer literacy and knowledge on supply chain systems
Experience with apples
Excellent attention to detail
Strong strategic and leadership skills
Strong persuasive, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
An achievement orientated individual with strong negotiation skills
Ability to exercise resilience when facing challenges
The development of sustainable strategies that support the Company’s core function in the worldwide export of fruit
Implementation of various supply chain strategies that support the export function
The appointment and management of service providers in the supply chain
Management of the Logistics team
