REGIONAL MANAGER – FM1138

North West and Free State Regions: Our client is looking for a Regional Manager to join the team.

The purpose of this position is to manage all operational activities relating to the cleaning contract held by the company, to provide support for contracted teams, and ensure overall clients satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards of service and efficiencies provided by the company to all sites.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12/NQF 3
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position/ operational experience
  • Business or Operations Management (NQF 4) qualification will be advantageous
  • Excellent Management skills
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Computer Literacy
  • Code 8 Drivers licence with 5 years driving experience

  • Client Relations Management
  • Staff / Human Resources Management
  • Health and Safety Management
  • Management and Monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Equipment, Chemicals and Materials Control
  • Administration and records management
  • Finance and Budget management
  • Asset management
  • Account and business management
  • Training of Staff
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to clients and Management
  • Do site inspections at any given time and report
  • Any other reasonable instruction that maybe requested by management from time to time
