QC ACCREDITATIONS CLERK – FM1090

Redelinghuys Area – Western Cape: Our client is looking for a QC Accreditations Clerk to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • A relevant B-Degree (M+3) in food technology at a recognized and SAQA accredited university

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
  • Sound knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Management Processes
  • Fruit Industry knowledge
  • Document procedures in accordance with standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Exposure to and understanding of implementation of OHSAS, food safety, HACCP and Siza, globalgap. BRC
  • Fair understanding of agricultural production and supply chain; General business acumen, Computer packages & system(s) currently in use by the company.

KEY DUTIES

  • Leasing with accreditation consultant and coordinating accreditations
  • Block registration for exports
  • Coordinate general office administration
  • Collection and filing of accreditation documentation
  • Health & Safety administration
  • Quality Control according to accreditation standards
  • Quality Control in packhouse (Grapes and Citrus)
