Namitete Area – Malawi: Our client is looking for a Production Plant Manager – Fertiliser (advantageous) to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and development of the production plant from the onset.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• National Diploma/Degree in Production Management advantageous
• At least 5 previous years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in all MS Office applications
• The ability to manage and lead teams towards high-performing production team.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Valid passport
• Driver’s license
