Sussundenga Area – Mozambique: Our client is looking for a Macadamia Farm Manager to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• At least 5 previous year’s macadamia farming experience
• Previous Macadamia farm experience essential
• Computer literate with Excel
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
• Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Maintenance/Mechanically orientated
• Ability to speak Portuguese advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
