SENIOR FARM SUPERVISOR – FM1678

Fort Beaufort Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Senior Farm Supervisor to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3 years’ experience in a supervisory or similar role
Valid driver’s license
Related qualification advantageous
Technically strong e.g., irrigation scheduling, spray calibration etc.
Mechanical knowledge
Preventative maintenance orientated
Knowledge on general agricultural practices (H&S, SIZA, GlobalG.A.P.)
Computer literate
Strong admin skills
Above average motivational & leadership skills relating to a big workforce
Deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime.
The potential candidate must possess a moderate level of fitness and be in good health.
Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
