As a Junior Farmhand Level 2, your role involves foundational support to farm operations, assisting higher-level farm hands and the Farm Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the farm.

Due to the remote location this position would suit a single or married candidate with no kids.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Learner’s permit or equivalent.
- Some prior experience in farming or related Eield preferred.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment operation.
- Minimum of 12 months experience.
- Demonstrates improved proficiency in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Takes initiative to learn new skills and seek additional responsibilities.
- Shows increased reliability and consistency in task performance.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Valid passport
