Fouriesburg Area – Free State: Our client is looking for a Senior HR (Human Resources) Agricultural / Packhouse Manager – Farming to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  National Diploma/ Degree in HR
• Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageous
• Previous Agricultural related experience
• At least 5-10-years’ experience in operational environment, preferably agriculture
• Previous packhouse experience essential
• Experience with working with BRC / HACCP advantageous
• Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
• Previous HR experience essential
• Must have strong management skills
• Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development
• Ability to drive improved productivity out of season
• Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
