MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Farm Manager

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• Min of 4 years previous farm management experience
• Previous experience with livestock (game & small stock)
• Manage general maintenance of tractors and farm related implements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proven management skills
• Computer literate
• Mechanically and maintenance orientated
• Valid driver’s license

Partner

 Tertiary qualification in hospitality/tourism/lodge management advantageous

• Min of 2 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management role
• Strong administrative background
• Have excellent communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
• Be a brand ambassador for the company
• Expansion of current client base
• Responsible for all marketing and media
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
