MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum requirement- diploma in Food Technology / Food Science
• Previous experience in a similar role advantageous
• Interest in cheese/ yoghurt making experience advantageous
• Good knowledge of technical processes and principles
• Good organisational skills and strong ability to manage
• Strong administration skills
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
