Barka Area (60km from Muscat) – Oman: Our client is looking for General Farm Workers – Cropping to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crop related tasks and care for all cropping as per Company Policy and instructions from Crop Supervisor.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Previous agricultural/ farming experience
• Computer Literate
• Maintenance orientated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Valid passport

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• To Assist on overall farming operations as required and instructed.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• General farm work of plant, cultivate and harvest crops and maintain and repair farm equipment and buildings.
• General crop workers perform some or all the following duties: Plant, fertilize, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops.
• Ensure you are in a safe working environment and adhere to Company Health & Safety Policy.
• Assist Irrigation team if instructed and required.
• To follow all biosecurity procedures as per farm plan
• Work in packing room on preparation for daily dispatch
