MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min. of 5 years in cattle management and farm management
• Strong stockmanship
• Experience in planting of crop and grass pastures
• Pasture Management experience
• Mechanically orientated highly advantageous
• Strong management abilities
• Computer literate
• Ability to motivate and work with staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid drivers license
