Mbeya Area – Tanzania: Our client is looking for an experienced Farm Manager – Coffee Plantation to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Bsc Degree in agronomy or relevant
• Must have good agronomic knowledge
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in previous coffee plantation, orchard or vine production
• Computer literate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
