MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a British passport/citizenship or work permit
- Diploma in Professional Cookery
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Teamwork Oriented
- Willing to help with all kitchen related operations
