Kirkwood Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Citrus Production Manager to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in citrus/fruit farming
• Ability to Manage People (50 Permanents ±150 Seasonal)
• Able to solve problems and communicate effectively
• Self-driven and able to motivate others
• Attention to detail and able to follow up and give feedback
• Computer literate and report writing
• Leadership and perseverance to attain targets

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• People management
• Management of Production activities. (Spray, Fertilizing, Irrigation, Pruning, etc.)
• Resources Management
• Quality Management
• Management of Ethical Processes
