BOOKKEEPER /ADMINISTRATOR – FM1278

Swakopmund area – Namibia: Our Agricultural Client is looking for a Bookkeeper / Administrator to join the team.

This is a ‘LIVE OUT’ position, so the successful candidate will have to live in or around Swakopmund.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 with relevant bookkeeping certificates or qualifications
  • Proven bookkeeping experience up to trial balance
  • Experience using Excel, Sage/Pastel and PaySpace payroll
  • Sales and invoicing experience
  • Monthly reconciling various accounts and reporting thereof
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • General Administration skills
  • Computer literacy ESSENTIAL
  • Deadline driven
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
