ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER – CROPPING & MAINTENANCE

Christiana Area – Northern Cape: Our client seeks to employ an Assistant Farm Manager – Cropping and Maintenance with ownership mentality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
At least 3 years work experience in crop farming
Proven experience with Lucerne & oats
Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively
Self-starter, reliable & honest
Good to excellent management ability with farmworkers
Strong maintenance and mechanical skills
Valid driver’s license
