At this stage, our team will conduct an internal screening interview in which we will go over your skills, strengths and CV. The goal with this interview is to assess whether your qualifications align with the job requirements.
Once our team has assessed your suitability for the position and confirmed a good match, we will send your information to the client. Should the client wish to meet with you, the interview may be conducted in person or online, depending on the employer's preference.
Once you've successfully completed the interview process and the client has made their decision, we'll guide you through the final steps. From potential job offer to onboarding, our team will support you every step of the way.

The process involves the completion of a job application form in which the candidate provides the necessary information. Upon receipt of the completed form, a screening interview with the candidate follows. Next a thorough reference check and write-up about the candidate is done before all the information is sent to our client.
