Interview with our Team
ONLY shortlisted candidates who meet the client's criteria will be contacted via email to proceed to the next stage of the interview process.
At this stage, our team will conduct an internal screening interview in which we will go over your skills, strengths and CV. The goal with this interview is to assess whether your qualifications align with the job requirements.
Potential Interview with the Client
Once our team has assessed your suitability for the position and confirmed a good match, we will send your information to the client. Should the client wish to meet with you, the interview may be conducted in person or online, depending on the employer's preference.

Once you've successfully completed the interview process and the client has made their decision, we'll guide you through the final steps. From potential job offer to onboarding, our team will support you every step of the way.

We don’t offer in-service training or practical year training. Should any of our clients request this we would then advertise this specifically but as a rule, no we don’t.
We advertise vacancies based on our clients’ requirements to fill specific positions. Once applications have been received, we then create a shortlist. ONLY shortlisted candidates will be contacted to continue with the screening and interview process. All positions are agri-related. However; if a client needs a candidate with e.g. an engineering qualification, we would try to fill the position.

The process involves the completion of a job application form in which the candidate provides the necessary information. Upon receipt of the completed form, a screening interview with the candidate follows. Next a thorough reference check and write-up about the candidate is done before all the information is sent to our client.

We do not conduct psychometric assessments, but we can recommend specialised professionals or companies and facilitate the process for our clients.
