Nelspruit Area – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Packhouse Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification in Agriculture/ Business Development/Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role within the food, beverages, or manufacturing facility
• Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Excellent leadership and people management skills – practical experience in handling people at all levels and a strong record of achievement through building successful teams.
• Able to work in a highly competitive collaborative market space.
• Can-do attitude – results driven and able to implement operationally.
• The ability to plan and execute in a structured manner is essential.
• Be prepared to work long hours and overtime.
