MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/ Degree
• At least 2 years previous experience working with people/ labour
• Computer literate
• Agricultural background
• Must be dynamic, disciplined and have ownership mentality
• Strong management skills
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
