FARM BUSINESS MANAGER – FM1332

Sandton Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Farm Business Manager to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

This is a mid-level position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualification in Agricultural Management advantageous
At least 3 years’ experience at a management level of an agri business
Previous experience with berry/ strawberry farming advantageous
Previous exposure and basic knowledge of HR processes and systems
Solid financial and operational management experience
Excellent understanding of, and Experience with agriculture procurement for farming equipment and products, advantageous
Excellent management and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
