MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 Years Relevant Experience
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE
- Additional Networking Certifications would be advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Configuring, Troubleshooting and Maintaining the IT Infrastructure (Servers, Switches, Firewalls etc)
- Configure, Troubleshoot and Maintain End User Devices (Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles etc)
- Managing Office 365 Users
- Keep Infrastructure Documentation up to date (Asset Registers, Network Diagram etc)
- Ensure Backups are Adequate and Running as per Disaster Recovery Plan
- Comply with Company Policies and Procedures
- Good Communication to Stakeholders
- Ensure Secure Best Practices and Access Control are followed
- Ensure Tickets are Prioritized/Escalated Efficiently and Closed within Scope
- Manage 3rd Party Installations
- Off Season Tasks may vary from above
- Updates on Project/Task Management Platforms are done
- End User Cyber Security Awareness Training
- Procure Stock Needed for Projects and Tasks
